At NordStoneWear, all items are printed and produced on demand. This means your product is created especially for you after the order is placed. Below is everything you need to know about processing and shipping POD items.


🏭 Processing Time (Production)

Because each item is made-to-order, production requires:

2–5 business days
(During holidays or high-volume periods, production may take an additional 1–3 days.)

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


🌍 Shipping Time

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped from the facility closest to your location.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

Delivery Time: 5–12 days for supported countries

Shipping time may vary based on customs, carrier issues, or local holidays.


🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

📬 Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If the address is:

  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete
  • Undeliverable

Then:

  • We cannot issue refunds for lost packages.
  • If the carrier returns the item to us, we can reship it, but the customer must pay the reshipping fee.

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and product weight.

We may offer free-shipping promotions from time to time.


🚚 Delayed or Lost Shipments

Since POD orders are fulfilled by multiple production partners, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspection
  • Weather conditions
  • High season (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

If your package seems lost, contact us and we will assist you with a carrier investigation.


📦 Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Because POD products are produced per order, we only replace or refund orders in the following cases:

  • Wrong design printed
  • Wrong item sent
  • Poor print quality
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defect

Please email us within 7 days with photos of:

  • The product
  • The issue
  • The shipping label

We will send a replacement free of charge.


🌐 Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may have import fees or customs taxes depending on your country.
These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the customer.
