At NordStoneWear, we want you to love your order. Every item is made especially for you through our Print-On-Demand process, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Below is our full return and refund policy.
🧾 Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product:
You are eligible for:
✔ A free replacement
✔ OR a full refund
What we need:
Email us at sales@nordstonewear.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description
We will respond within 24–48 hours and resolve the problem quickly.
📦 Wrong Size / Change of Mind
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
Please carefully check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
🚚 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost during shipping:
✔ We will reship your order for free
✔ OR offer a full refund if preferred
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist you.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, the payment may take:
- 3–7 business days to appear in your bank, card, or PayPal account.
🔁 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
📬 Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately at sales@nordstonewear.com
- If the order hasn’t entered production, we can update it
- If already shipped, reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
🌍 Customs & Import Fees
Most orders are shipped from fulfillment centers in your region.
If customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
